Policy
Statement Wiha offers a very extensive product range of over 3800 quality tools. Even our most active distributors find it difficult to carry the complete Wiha program in stock. For this reason we offer our Distributors a "No Minimums Purchase Policy" Simply stated all stocking Wiha distributors can special order all products that they don't have in stock with no penalties based on standard shelf packaging. For ordering a non stocked item simply provide the distributor with the item number and the suggested list price, both available at this web site. Our no minimums policy also allows for broken package quantities without penalty or extra charges being incurred (Bits excluded). If a distributor is unfamiliar with this policy they may incorrectly suggest there is a minimum order requirement from Wiha. If a distributor is unwilling to accept your order for any reason please show them a copy of this policy statement or call us, we will suggest an alternate distributor that will be happy to process your request regardless of size or quantity.
