How much is shipping?

Orders of $99 and over ship via UPS Ground for free to the contiguous United States.
Orders under $99 ship via UPS at a flat rate of $6.99 For more info on shipping, take a look at our Shipping Policy.

What about shipping to Alaska or Hawaii?

Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii over $300 ship for free via UPS Ground.
Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii under $300 are shipped at a flat rate of $24.00 via UPS Ground.

How long will it take to get my order?

Typically orders placed before noon CST will usually ship within 3-4 business days. Some of our larger tools sets are assembled as needed and may take longer to fully assemble.

What about Expedited Shipping?

If you are using  an expedited shipping method like Next Day Air, your order must be placed before noon CST to ship the same day.

How can I track the status of my order?

When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number and invoice.

Can I use my own UPS or FedEx account?

You can use your own FedEx or UPS account number during checkout for expedited shipping methods on orders over $50.00.
Your account will be charged based on your account's rates with FedEx or UPS.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

No we currently do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes but we only charge sales tax for orders shipped to Minnesota.

What if I am a tax exempt organization in Minnesota?

Do you ship internationally?

Wiha USA only ships to the United States and to Canada, for exceptions please call us at 800-494-6104
