Wiha- Need I say more
Purchased the TorqueVario for a field kit and equipment. Ergonomics, ease of use and consistency have been good, but wish the +/- 6% was a little less. Overall a great tool.
Thank you, Wiha!

Does "2 In/lbs increments" mean I couldn't have a setting of 25 in/lbs for instance? Also how long does it take to send out for recalibration and what does it typically cost?
Hi and thank you for your question. There is a small area between the increments where you can set it to 25 or any odd number for that matter. We do not check for calibration. There are calibration houses all over and probably local to you where you can send the tool to be inspected for a new 1 year certification.

How many clicks before it fails calibration and gets rejected and needs repair?
Hi and thank you for your question. This driver is good for 5,000 cycles or 1 year. Then the tool should be sent to a calibration house to verify it is still in calibration. They should be able to certify the tool for another year if it still is in calibration.

Are these spring loaded click type drivers able to have the calibration tension adjusted by a knowledgeable purchaser?
adjusting the torque on a Wiha is very simple. you are provided a 8 sided allen key to insert into the end of the tool and it is as simple as increasing or decreasing the tension to the desired torque setting as displayed by the number.
