MONTICELLO, MN – February 8, 2023
Willi Hahn Corporation USA, doing business as Wiha Tools USA, has solidified its commitment to Minnesota by announcing a new facility in Monticello, Minnesota.
Beginning this spring, Wiha Tools will start the construction of a new state-of-the-art logistics center and American headquarters. The project's first phase will be a 90,000-square-foot facility on 12.9 acres, costing $12.5 million. The expansion will create over 40 new jobs. Wiha expects the 1st phase of the project to be completed by December 2023.
Phase 2 will add 25 additional jobs and 85,000 square feet. Once completed, Wiha Tools will consolidate its existing Minnesota operations to this 175,000-square-foot facility. The project will be completed by 2028 and will cost $17 million. The new facility will support distribution and all functional areas for the company. Wiha's expanded footprint is another example of the company's commitment to investing in the organization's future growth.

Kinghorn Construction (Rogers, MN) will act as the project's General Contractor.
