"I've been using these digimax calipers for over a decade. My dad gave them to me as a gift when I was a kid, I used them through engineering school and at my job now and they still work great. They are plastic so they aren't as durable as metal calipers, and you can't use them to score anything, but that's not what these are for. These are great for quickly getting all the dimensions you need to model something in CAD and get to prototyping and they work great for that. They are a bit on the pricey side but seeing how long I've had them I'd say they're worth it."
