Pretty good overall not sure about the pallets

"I like hard tool cases over the fabric ones and there doesn't seem to be many options my previous one was from kjtools which I used over 7 years and required the handle to be replaced a couple of times. I am a field service tech going to several places a day. Overall I like the wiha case better. Here are some things I like and some that could be better. I like the size and weight the wiha case is it is a little bit smaller and lighter. I really like that the lower compartment comes with dividers and is made to put in dividers. I like how the handle is separated from the inside of the case my old one had the handle inside so stuff would get stuck in the handle I also like the retraction mechanism better, too early to tell but it seems like it will last longer. I like that the pallets are hinged so they don't move around but it would be nice if there was still a way to remove them, it was hard getting the dividers in with the pallet in the way. I think I would rather not even have the top most pallet in there, it only holds a few things and I think I would rather have the space. I really like the screw driver holders on the pallet but I am not sure about only having loops for everything else. So far stuff seems to stay but it's harder to get things in there vs the more traditional pocket type holders. There really isn't many places to put little things line a hook, I think there will be some 3d printed parts in my cases future. The latches for the lid are hard to open I open and close this thing several times a day my previous one had butterfly latches which were easier to open and close. I need to push down kinda hard on the lid to latch it because of that top most pallet I hope I am not stressing something that will fail in the future like the hinges. I am not sure about replacement parts? I don't see any listed, at some point I can imagine needing some. I wish it had more dividers for the lower part, the included few seem ok but I have things together that I would separate if I had more it is way better that my old case that had no dividers! Could be another place for some 3d printed parts. The vent seemed like a gimmick but on my old case when it is cold I got condensation on the tools, I haven't with the wiha case so maybe it's not a gimmick. I would recommend having more photos on the site. I wasn't sure if I was going to like it from the photos but I took a chance and I am happy I did."
